what is the difference between a whole body cryotherapy (WBC) and the VIP session?
- Step into our cryosauna to experience a dry cold therapy for a maximum 3 minute session. During your supervised cryotherapy session, a cryosauna operator instructs you to continuously rotate to maximize your cryotherapy experience. Your head is outside of the cryosauna and a staff member is constantly assessing you throughout. in just 3 minutes, participants find cryotherapy aids in pain management, workout recovery, mental well-being, weight management and various other physical ailments.
what should I wear and not have on in a session?
- Sports bra and undergarments are suggested for women. lightweight shorts and undergarments are recommended for men. Thermal gloves, socks and shoes will be provided. robes are available. ALL clothing must be completely dry!
- piercings on the face and ears can stay in due to the fact that your head is up above the cryosauna during your session. piercings below the neck are best removed for the 3 minute session. if this is not possible, a bandage should be placed over the piercing for the duration of the cryotherapy session.
Is exercise recommended before or after cryotherapy?
- Participants who utilize cryotherapy before exercise claim they experience increased energy, endurance and flexibility. Participants who utilize cryotherapy after exercise claim they experience faster recovery and decreased soreness.
How often is cryotherapy recommended?

Is there an age requirement for the cryosauna?
- Cryotherapy is recommended for anyone ages 14+, if they meet the height and health requirement. Anyone under 18 years must have a signed parental consent/waiver.
Are there health concerns to consider before participating in a cryotherapy session?
Anyone with the following conditions SHOUld not participate:
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- diabetes
- pregnancy
- raynaud's Syndrome
- allergy to cold
- prior heart attack (Unless a physician consent is received)
- disease of the blood vessels
- history of blood clots
- uncontrolled seizure disorder
- nerve pain in feet and/or legs
- open sores
- any disease or condition with increased sensitivity to cold
what is the difference between a whole body cryotherapy (WBC) and the VIP session?
- Biggest difference is time. the WBC session is a quick 3 minute session in the cryosauna. the vip treatment is (1) WBC followed by a relaxed warming session on the adjustable beds with a therapeutic mat delivering infrared rays and negative ions to reduce pain and inflammation. compression boots will also be placed on your feet and legs.
