CycleStrong (45-60 minutes)

This is cycling like you've never experienced before!  Turn, lean & move to the music in this awesome calorie-burning class!  Join this exercise-packed class with cycling, strength exercises & abs too!  All fitness levels welcome!     

Cyclexertion (60 minutes)

A unique indoor cycling experience with awesome music, motivation & contagious energy!  Combine your cardio workout with intervals of upper body strengthening without leaving your bike!  Challenge your workout &
​push beyond your limits!

RYDEtensity (60 minutes)

Get the best of both worlds & rock your workout!  Awesome workout with intervals of cycling & bootcamp/strength exercises mixed in!  A Fun, fast & exciting workout!

Women & Weights (45 minutes)

New to exercise or need to change up your strength routine?  Mix strength exercises with some fun, basic floor aerobics for a great full-body workout!  Abdominal work & gentle stretching concludes the class!   

​Abs Express (15 minutes)

FREE Abdominal workout for everyBODY!  Tone & strengthen those abdominal muscles for a stronger core & lean stomach!  Finish with relaxing, gentle stretches.

body blast (20-30 minutes)

a great full-body designed to target key muscle groups quickly!  Utilize resistance tubing, weights & your own body weight to burn calories, strengthen muscles & maintain bone density!  An awesome compliment to your cardio workout!
