The class will Match breath with movement as you flow through an active sequence of poses. Multi-level offerings for poses make class accessible for all from beginner to advanced. Every class ends with a deep stretch & relaxation.
YogaKids (30 minutes)
A fun yoga class just for kids! A great way for children to learn concentration & focus. The children will practice coordination & balance through yoga poses accompanied with stories, songs, crafts and games! Children will also gain confidence through understanding the mind-body connection. Recommended for ages 3-8.
KidsFit (45 minutes)
A fun, energizing fitness class just for KIDS! Class will include a variety of exercise through bootcamp, aerobics, circuit stations, "FitBall" and even a crazy parachute! Motivating instructors and fun music make for a great time! Class is best for kids from ages 4-9. Parents are encouraged to drop kids off and return at class end time as our "lobby" seating is limited.
