This is cycling like you've never experienced before! Turn, lean & move to the music in this awesome calorie-burning class! Join this exercise-packed class with cycling and upper body strength exercises utilizing resistance bands! All fitness levels welcome!

A unique indoor cycling experience with awesome music, motivation & contagious energy! Combine your cardio workout with intervals of upper body strengthening without leaving your bike! Challenge your workout & push beyond your limits!

Get the best of both worlds & rock your workout! Awesome workout with intervals of cycling & bootcamp/strength exercises mixed in! A Fun, fast & exciting workout! A quick Abs workout ends the class!
STEP & STRENGTH (45 minutes)
New to exercise or need to change up your strength routine? Mix strength exercises with some fun, basic floor & STEP aerobics for a great full-body workout! Abdominal work & gentle stretching concludes the class!
KidsFit (45 minutes)
A fun, energizing fitness class just for KIDS! Class will include a variety of exercise through bootcamp, aerobics, circuit stations, mini-trampoline, "FitBall" and even a crazy parachute! Motivating instructors and fun music make for a great time! Class is best for kids from ages 4-9. Parents are encouraged to drop kids off and return at class end time as our "lobby" seating is limited.
